EarnLearn offers a tailored version of 4098 designed specifically for Trades-based workplaces. This course is ideal for employers who want to carry out workplace assessment and have apprentices enrolled in Plumbing, Gasfitting, and/or Drainlaying with EarnLearn.
To complete this programme, you must have access to an EarnLearn apprentice, as the assessment activities are completed with a real trainee in your workplace.
EarnLearn offers a tailored 4098 assessor course specifically designed for Trades-based workplaces. This option is ideal for workplaces that are planning to use workplace assessment and have apprentices enrolled in Plumbing, Gasfitting, and/or Drainlaying qualifications with EarnLearn.
This course is only available to individuals who are assessing programmes offered by EarnLearn.
This trades-version of the 4098 course is designed for people who will be assessing apprentices directly in the workplace. You’ll learn how workplace assessment operates day-to-day, how to gather evidence from real tasks, and how to make sound, consistent assessment decisions in a trade environment.
To complete this course, you must have an EarnLearn Plumbing, Gasfitting, or Drainlaying apprentice to work with, as all assessments are completed on real learners. This ensures you can apply the assessment process in your own workplace and gain the practical experience needed to become a competent workplace assessor.
This course is for workplaces assessing EarnLearn apprentices in Plumbing, Gasfitting, or Drainlaying. It’s tailored to real workplace assessment in trade environments.
Yes. You must have an EarnLearn apprentice available, as all assessment tasks are completed with a real learner in your workplace.
The Trades version focuses on workplace-based evidence and PGD-specific assessment scenarios. The general course covers broader assessment practice and doesn’t require access to an apprentice.
The course fee is $300 + GST. This includes course materials, the online workshop, and assessment of your submitted tasks.
