EarnLearn helps women enter into trade careers
Women bring valuable skills, creativity, and problem-solving to the trades. With only a small percentage of women currently represented, there’s huge potential to grow diversity and challenge stereotypes in industries traditionally dominated by men.
Trades offer secure, well-paid, and rewarding careers. From plumbing to electrical, EarnLearn provides women in trades with a pathway that leads to financial independence, hands-on work, and long-term stability.
Through events, ambassadors, and industry partnerships and our supportive network of Account Managers, EarnLearn aims to build communities where women can connect, share stories, and succeed. These networks empower more women to thrive and inspire the next generation.

Our ambassadors visit schools and speak at events, inspiring young women by sharing their personal journeys in the trades.
